How long will delivery take?

Orders are shipped out within 5 business days via USPS first class mail. You should receive it 2-3 business days after shipment.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Do I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number.
You will receive it by email as soon as it is shipped.

What is Your Return Policty?

We only accept returns on items that are damaged during shipping. Please inspect all orders upon receipt to check for damaged or defective goods. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to info@rosellabackedgoods.com with a photo image of the damage, if possible. In order to return or exchange an item, depending on the circumstances, we may require the return of the original item, the box in which your items were delivered, packaging materials and all box contents.
