About Us

Rosella Baked Goods derived from a small seafood restaurant in South Carolina called Somethin’ Fishy owned and operated by Mr. Curtis Cole.  The sweet potato hush puppies were a customer favorite with many requests to buy the mix. 

As a child Curtis developed a love for cooking from watching his mother Rosalie Cole and grandmother Ella in the kitchen. Those lessons stuck with him as an adult, where his love for cooking blossomed into owning his seafood restaurant and then starting Rosella named after both his mother and grandmother.  In 2013, after many requests to sell the mix, Curtis and his son Ray, finally decided to bag up the mix for sell.  Today his son and daughter-in-law run the company out of Atlanta, GA. The mix has garnered a cult like following due to being vegan-friendly and containing better ingredients (real sweet potato granules in the mix) while still achieving a superiorly better taste than other leading pancake brands.
