This is a complete pancake mix that you only need to add water or milk to cook. The mix can also be used to make biscuits, muffins, fritters and more. The Taste is Amazing and Unique. Rosella Baked Goods Are:
1. High in Fiber Content

Preparation Instructions:
1. Preheat griddle to 400°F.
2. Put 1.5 cups of mix into a mixing bowl.
3. Add one egg, one tablespoon of oil and one cup of milk or water. Blend together using a wire whisk. Mix just until all dry ingredients are wet. Do not overmix.
4. Pour 1/4 cup (2 oz.) batter on griddle for each 4-inch pancake.
5. Bake on a hot griddle for 2 minutes on the first side. Turn and bake on the second side for 2 minutes.

I decided to give this Pancake mix a try after watching Tabitha Brown’s Facebook review. I’ve tried things before that others recommended but wasn’t truly satisfied…BUT THIS!!!! OMG Rosellas Sweet Potato mix is AMAZING! The flavor of the pancakes are soooo Good. This is certainly something you MUST try, I’d recommend getting two packages. I found myself eating these pancakes for breakfast, as a snack and a few times for dinner. Enjoy!

I wanted to try this product after watching Tabita Brown eat her pancakes. She made them look so delicious and even more so, talked about how delicious they were. After ordering directly from the company, I couldn’t wait to make my first batch. I received my order within a great time frame and proceeded to make for myself and my in-home daycare. When I tell you that first bite was everything I was waiting for and more, I jumped in the air with joy. My daycare kiddos asked for a second helping. I absolutely love Rosellas Sweet Potato mix. My pancake mix came last week, and I have been enjoying this product ever since. I have only made waffles with the mix so far and have really enjoyed them. The waffles are much tastier than when using basic store bought pancake mix. I am vegan and have only had to add water to the mix in order to make the waffles.
